The Opportunity:RN – NICU (0.60 FTE, Nights)
Our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Vancouver, Washington is seeking skilled, passionate Registered Nurses committed to delivering high-quality, family-centered care. In this part-time night shift role, you’ll join an interdisciplinary team that values humility, respect, and shared purpose.
This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.
Compensation & BenefitsHourly range: $52.22 – $77.59
Hiring rate depends on terms in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needs of NICU patients
- Document patient care according to established standards
- Direct and delegate care to team members based on competence and credentials
- Maintain professional effectiveness through education and development
- Participate in policy, safety, quality, and infection-prevention initiatives
- Support interdisciplinary collaboration
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 1 year of NICU Level III nursing experience (required)
- 3+ years of neonatal nursing in a Level III NICU (preferred)
- Active WA/MSL Registered Nurse license (required)
- Basic Life Support – upon hire (required)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required)
