• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of residents, including short‑term rehabilitation, long‑term care, and post‑acute recovery.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Conduct routine assessments, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions, identify potential problems, and report changes to nursing staff and physicians.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.

• Current RN licensure in the State of Washington.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and protocols.
