Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Home Health department provide whole‑person quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes across Clark County, Washington, and the East Portland metro area.
Schedule & LocationMonday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, with occasional holidays and weekends. Your main work area will cover Clark County, Washington and the East Portland Metro area.
Job DescriptionRegistered Nurses (RNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole‑person quality care to patients in need. Nurses are empowered by a shared governance model that includes nursing staff in the process of creating practice standards and expectations. Working in Home Health offers the unique opportunity to care for patients where they are most comfortable and to build rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population while exercising independence and flexibility.

- Meeting the education, certification, license or registration requirements.
- Within 30 days of hire:
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. - Upon hire:
Oregon Registered Nurse License. - Upon hire:
Washington Registered Nurse License – if practicing within this state. - One year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting or, if hired for mental health RN work, one year in either an acute care or community mental health setting.
- Obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position.
- Recent Home Health experience.
- Community mental health, geriatric experience, or ANCC Psychiatric RN certification for mental health assignments.
- Hospice or palliative care experience for relevant assignments.
