* Schedule:

** Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
** Compensation**:
Hiring range is between **$37.65-$47.20**/hour, and placement in the range is based on an evaluation of experience.
** Responsibilities include**: phone triage, confirm patients meet criteria for psychiatric evaluation and care based on established guidelines/previous assessments, identify patients requiring external therapy/resources and connect with appropriate community services/alternative options, scheduling with psychiatrists, advocate for patient’s well-being.
** Requirements:
*** Active unencumbered Washington RN license
* Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer
** required**.
* Current AHA Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required.
* Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.

We also offer a 401k retirement plan, with employer contributions after your first year of employment. Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked.  

Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked. Employees will also enjoy up to six paid holidays per year, depending on schedule. Contact your recruiter for more information.
