- Endoscopy for a W2 Contract position based in Seattle, WA.
Schedule: Full Time, Day, Monday through Friday
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks with possibility of extending
Compensation: This position offers a daily rate of $635 to $650 which equates to $3,175 to $3,250 per week (based on a 5-day workweek)
Per Diems:
Lodging: $188.00 per day and Meals & Incidentals: $92 per day Per diems are paid daily, 7 days a week, totaling $1,960 per week Auto Stipend: $25 per day
Auto Stipend is paid daily, 7 days a week, totaling $175 per week
Total Weekly Compensation (Daily Rate + Per Diems + Stipend): Between $5,310 to $5,385 per week
Benefits: Paid sick leave, Paid holidays, Co‑paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, Cafeteria plan access and 401(k) retirement plan.
Summary:
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for the Special Procedures Unit – Endoscopy provides leadership and operational support in the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered procedural care. This role supports the Nurse Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring appropriate staffing, resource utilization, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. The ANM promotes clinical excellence through direct oversight of patient care activities, staff development, and continuous quality improvement within the Endoscopy and Special Procedures environment.
Essential Functions:- Manage daily clinical operations including practice standards, staffing, payroll, budgets, and quality improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and established departmental policies.
- Develop and implement action plans for staff development.
- Monitor personnel allocation and utilization based on patient population changes.
- Oversee daily unit operations, including human resources management and safety programs.
- Monitor quality of service and utilization standards, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Minimum 2 years of endoscopy experience.
- Minimum 2 years of charge RN experience.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership/management experience required.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS required.
- WA RN license or active compact license required.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience with conscious sedation, GI procedures with interventions, bronchoscopies, etc. IR experience.
