MIG Welder

American Workforce Group has partnered with a well-known industrial company to find a qualified and confident MIG Welder
. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in precision metalwork, we want you in the shop!

• Fabrication: Measure, cut, and assemble metal projects using electric arc and inert gas (MIG).
• Quality Control: Ensure all welds meet structural and aesthetic standards for industrial use.
• Efficiency: Maintain a steady workflow in a production-focused environment.
• Safety: Adhere to all shop safety protocols and PPE requirements.

• Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00/hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Day Shift | Monday – Friday

  6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Beat the afternoon traffic!)

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional MIG welding experience.
• Physicality: Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform standing, stooping, and bending throughout the shift.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
