Overview
Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Highway Maintenance Supervisor to support the Southwest Region Maintenance organization in ensuring state and federal highways are safe, well-maintained, and operational year-round. Reporting to the Superintendent, this role oversees maintenance activities and leads pavement marking and signing programs that protect the traveling public. The supervisor is expected to prioritize personal, co-worker, and public safety during all planning and execution of work.
This position also plays a key role in promoting a respectful, healthy, and supportive work environment for the crew and broader region.

Salary: $67,992 – $82,872 Annually
