This role requires associates to work out of a MVH North America hub location in Vancouver, WA.

The Senior Project Manager, P&O partners with the Vice President of MVH P&O Corporate to create comprehensive project plans, helps to manage simultaneous tasks, coordinates with project teams, and monitors progress for the successful execution of high value strategic initiatives. This position will be highly visible throughout the organization and will support projects of considerable value and importance to MVH.

The Senior Project Manager, P&O plays a crucial role in the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within MVH. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors. This position collaborates closely with strategic initiative team members, provides objective analysis, and ensures projects are staying on track to achieve MVH strategic goals.

This individual will be responsible for driving project success, managing resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality P&O PMO projects in a hybrid delivery environment of Agile and Waterfall.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in Project Management, P&O, Digital Technology or related field is required.

• 7+ years project experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

• Certifications:
  
  Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

• Project Management:
  Experience working in a hybrid project delivery environment (Agile and Waterfall). Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.

• Technical Knowledge:
  Solid understanding of project management systems and infrastructure.

• Leadership Abilities:
  Leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.

Salary Range: $119,658 - $186,966

Compensation is determined based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and market competitiveness.
