. As a Land Entitlement Project Manager
, you will support the Land Acquisition and Development Manager in planning and developing new communities across SW Washington and the Pacific Northwest.
- Conduct site feasibility studies and research to assess project viability.
- Lead the acquisition of entitlement approvals and necessary subdivision permits.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules and manage day‑to‑day activities with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate residential subdivision land improvements, including utility installations, during the home‑building phase.
- 2+ years of project management or land entitlement experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, land‑use planning, or related field; or equivalent experience with an associate degree.
- Strong familiarity with land‑use planning and entitlement processes.
- Proficient in reading engineering plans and utility layouts.
- Experience developing and managing project budgets.
- Knowledge of Clark County Stormwater permits (CSWGP / 1200C) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and reliable ability to meet deadlines.
- Team‑oriented and proactive mindset.
- Proficient in Word, Adobe, Outlook, Excel;
Project Management software experience is advantageous.
