Overview Your New Role
Step into a role where your expertise truly matters. As a Senior Family Law Paralegal, you’ll be a key partner to attorneys and clients, trusted to manage a dynamic caseload, anticipate needs, and help guide people through some of the most important transitions of their lives.
This isn’t repetitive paperwork; it’s sophisticated, hands on work that requires judgment, organization, and a strong command of family law practice. In this role, you’ll handle complex, high touch matters from start to finish. Your attorneys will rely on you to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include preparing pleadings, memorandums, trial notebooks, and asset and liability statements;
gathering documentary evidence; managing discovery; and conducting legal research. This work calls for experience with asset division and the related tax implications.
Your day to day will focus on keeping cases moving – managing case flow, tracking key deadlines, and drafting and assembling essential family law documents, including Asset and Liability Statements, mediation and trial memorandums, demonstrative exhibits, and Parent Evaluation Notebooks.
This opportunity stands out due to the level of ownership you’ll have as you work closely with clients, collaborate directly with experts and opposing counsel, and contribute in a meaningful way to outcomes that have a real impact on families.
You’ll have a hybrid schedule with four in-office days each week.
Your New OrganizationGet to know one of the Pacific Northwest’s top-ranked domestic relations firms, known for providing high-quality, full-service family law support. They hold themselves to high standards and are committed to providing the best possible legal services and client experience. They provide their attorneys and staff with professional development opportunities and encourage participation in community events and partnerships.
Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including generous vacation and paid personal leave; multiple medical, dental, vision plans with strong employer contributions; paid parental leave; life and disability coverage; a 401(k) with profit sharing; FSA options; mentoring and education support; an employee assistance program; and extra perks like summer hours and firm sponsored events.
