We’re seeking a Family Law Associate with 2–5 years of experience and a genuine interest in alternative dispute resolution to support our Washington practice. You’ll work under the supervision of a principal or partner
, supporting an active caseload and collaborating closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal support staff. Team performance matters here. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates well, and can manage deadlines and billing expectations with professionalism and consistency.
- At least 2 years of family law practice experience
- Admitted to the Washington Bar (required)
- Interest in ADR and resolution-focused advocacy
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
- A professional presence and desire to be active in bar associations/professional groups
- Bonus: experience in other practice areas and/or dual licensure in Oregon (a plus!)
