Insurance Agent Trainee $18 per hour | Paid Training | Career Growth | No Experience Required

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)

Location:

12312 NE 76th St, Vancouver, WA 98682

• Learn how to quote and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance
• Work with real customers (no cold calling marathons)
• Follow up on internet and referral leads
• Learn agency systems, underwriting basics, and compliance
• Complete our structured training program that results in an insurance license within 45 days

• Strong communication skills (phone + written)
• Coachable attitude — we train hard and expect effort
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus — not required

• $18 per hour during training
• Pay increase after licensing
• Licensing support — insurance license earned within 45 days
