Email Marketing Associate

Impact Scale is hiring an Email Marketing Associate to help build and scale our email marketing channel. This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited about learning how large-scale email marketing systems work. You don’t need to be an expert — we’ll teach you the infrastructure, tools, and strategies. What we’re looking for is someone who is detail-oriented, technically curious, and motivated to grow in an intra-preneurial environment where team members take ownership and help drive new channels forward.

You’ll work directly with our team to launch, test, and scale email campaigns across multiple verticals
, with the opportunity to become a key operator responsible for growing this channel over time.

• Assisting with the setup and execution of email campaigns
• Supporting daily email operations including campaigns and triggers
• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying trends
• Helping test subject lines, creatives, and landing pages
• Learning how email infrastructure works (domains, IP warm-up, deliverability)
• Working with the team to improve campaign performance and profitability
• Helping scale email campaigns from small tests to large-volume sends

• Curious and eager to learn technical marketing systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus (not required)
• Basic technical comfort (spreadsheets, tools, platforms)
• Self-starter who likes figuring things out
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow
