ISeries QA Lead

Issaquah (100% Onsite, Mon–Fri)

Duration: 12+ Months

We are looking for an experienced iSeries QA Lead with strong expertise in AS400 environments, QA methodologies, and end-to-end testing for eCommerce fulfillment systems. This role requires hands‑on leadership, technical depth, and the ability to drive quality across releases in an Agile setup.

• iSeries / AS400 QA experience
• 8+ years testing with RPG, RPG ILE, SQLRPGLE, CLP/CLLE
• Strong experience with SQL queries and embedded SQL
• Hands‑on experience with HP ALM and QA tools
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and SQA methodologies
• QA risk management (risk vs defect vs issue differentiation)

• Experience with Physical & Logical Files, SQL tables, Indexes, Views, Stored Procedures
• Exposure to PKMS (Pick Ticket Management System)
• Experience with WMS / Supply Chain systems

• Analyze requirements and create test plans/scenarios for Manhattan WMS
• Lead end-to-end testing for eCommerce fulfillment applications
• Develop reusable QA frameworks and test artifacts
• Define test scope and manage releases in Agile environments
• Perform regression testing and ensure QA signoff
• Collaborate with product owners to improve ticket quality
• Manage defects and ensure timely resolution
• Lead QA strategy across onshore/offshore teams

• 6+ years overall IT experience (2+ years as QA Lead)
• Strong client-facing experience in QA strategy & execution
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
