Senior SMS Performance Analyst

Performance Marketing | SMS Monetization | Campaign Analytics

We’re hiring a Senior SMS Performance Analyst to lead performance analysis and optimization across our SMS marketing campaigns (with some email).

This role goes beyond reporting. We are looking for someone who can identify performance opportunities, guide strategy, and help build the analytics function as the company scales. The right candidate will not only optimize SMS performance but also help shape how we analyze and improve other messaging channels like email.

• Monitor and analyze SMS campaign performance across accounts and partners
• Identify campaigns that are underperforming vs previous days, weeks, or months
• Diagnose issues such as low CTR, weak offer mix, message fatigue, buyer demand shifts, and routing inefficiencies
• Ensure traffic is being sent to highest CPC and highest converting offers
• Monitor buyer behavior and flag underperforming buyers or traffic sources
• Analyze source e and report insights to partners
• Recommend new campaign strategies including message testing, offer rotation, routing improvements, and campaign structure changes

• Help define performance reporting frameworks
• Mentor junior analysts as the team grows
• Create insights that influence SMS strategy across multiple verticals
• Contribute analytics guidance for other channels such as email and future messaging channels
• Work closely with operators and leadership to drive data-informed decisions

• Experience as a data analyst, performance analyst, or marketing analyst
• Background in SMS marketing, email marketing (some), affiliate marketing, or lead generation
• Strong ability to quickly identify patterns in campaign performance
• Comfortable translating data into clear actions for operators
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to influence teams
• Interest in helping build systems, processes, and future analytics talent
