Sales Manager - Embedded Software

I'm currently on the lookout for a Sales Manager - Embedded Software for an expanding embedded software company that work extensively with leading clients across semiconductor, automotive, medical.

You will be responsible for providing tech and commercial support for clients/customers, demoing products, negotiating, attending trade fairs and developing long term relationships. The products fall within the hardware and embedded domain.

The position is full time, based in their office in Vancouver Washington but also open to remote in California or Arizona.

Budgets are roughly between $220k-$260k OTE but there may be flexiblity in higher cost locations such as California.

For this Sales Manager (Technical) position, I'm interested in speaking to people with the following:

• Strong technical background in embedded software
• Must have a technical degree such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering etc
• Looking for strong sales experience and technical experience with embedded or similar. Debugging and trace tools would be ideal or similar.
• Around 10-20 years experience would be ideal.
