We are seeking a forward‑thinking Director of Information Technology (IT Director), a senior leader who will shape and deliver our technology vision in direct alignment with business goals. In this pivotal role, you will architect and implement dynamic technology strategies designed to elevate employee productivity, harness AI and automation, and optimize systems to fuel scalable growth—without a matching increase in headcount.

You’ll pioneer advanced digital capabilities that give our clients an edge in the marketplace—introducing solutions that our competitors haven’t even imagined yet. While driving innovation, you’ll also ensure that every advancement upholds our commitment to data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance, maintaining a robust, modern, and resilient security posture across the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, including both technical and leadership positions.
  • Proven track record of overseeing IT operations within multi‑site or multi‑entity organizations, with a preference for experience in property management or HOA management.
  • Extensive experience supporting environments built on Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform.
  • Skilled in designing and deploying AI‑powered reporting, predictive analytics solutions, or advanced workflow automation.
  • Strong background in vendor management, budgeting, and executing large‑scale enterprise IT projects.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, CGEIT, PMP, CISM, or CISSP are preferred.
