• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Proficiency with ADP WFN Payroll & HRIS systems
• Industry experience in manufacturing, food production, or distribution preferred
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
• Spanish proficiency preferred

As Senior HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing the HR team by providing coaching and mentorship, creating and implementing structured work plans to establish timelines and priorities, and fostering a culture of continuous despediment.

Your stern organizational eye will be crucial, as you’ll oversee seasonal hiring operations, lead strategic workforce planning in partnership with operations and finance, and manage staffing agency partnerships, ensuring reliable access to quality talent.

In this role, you’ll need stellar written and verbal communication skills as you lead complex employee relations matters, provide guidance and coaching to managers on difficult employee situations, and partner with legal counsel as needed on complex relations and management matters.

Your leadership skills will always be on display in this role, as you’ll oversee core HR operations including HRIS management and benefits administration, lead HR projects and initiatives, and implement and optimize HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and data integrity.

The team is looking for a resourceful team leader with deep expertise in Washington state employment law and excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
