As a Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents with daily activities and following their personalized care plans, all with guidance from our Team Leads.
YourResponsibilities Include:
- Patient Care: Assist residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and feeding, ensuring they receive compassionate care.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Keep track of vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels, and share any concerns with our nursing team.
- Mobility Assistance: Help residents who need support moving around to keep them comfortable and safe.
- Documentation: Accurately record the care provided and any changes in residents' conditions.
- Companionship: Be a source of emotional support and engage in meaningful conversations to enhance our residents' quality of life.
- Safety: Ensure a safe living environment by identifying potential hazards and responding promptly to emergencies.
- Communication: Stay in touch with the healthcare team, residents, and their families to keep everyone updated on progress and any issues.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Help maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment for our residents.
- Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with your team, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch care.
- CNA or HCA certification.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficient in speaking and understanding English.
- Current availability for evening and weekend shifts.

- Pay rate of $ p/hour depending on Certification & Experience
- 8-hour shifts (expected 40 hours a week)
- On-call availability
- Evening shifts (2 PM - 10 PM)
- Night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Weekend shifts
- Overtime pay
- Preferred: 1 year of caregiving experience
Must be able to commute or relocate to Vancouver, WA before starting work.
