Join Labcorp as a Wellness Worker – Biometric Screener in CA, OR, WA, and NV. Labcorp is a leading provider of biometric testing services, population health and workforce wellness strategies.

Labcorp is seeking medical professionals to provide testing services e hired, staff can assign themselves to events in their area via the scheduling system. We provide pre‑event training on LES protocols. Testing services include biometric screenings, COVID‑19 PCR testing, point‑of‑care antigen testing, and temperature checks. Staff are responsible for setting up, executing, and breaking down events while providing exceptional customer service.

• Conduct participant biometric screenings (fingerstick blood collection, blood pressure, BMI, and body fat analysis).
• Perform COVID‑19 PCR testing, point‑of‑care antigen testing, and temperature checks.
• Ensure participant information and all screening results are accurately captured.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain participant privacy at all times.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

• Medical credentials strongly preferred (CNA, MA, Phlebotomist, RN, LPN, etc.). Medical certification or license is required in California.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with fingerstick blood collection and blood pressure measurement.
• Experience with Cholestech LDX preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic tablet and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

$16 - $21 per hour

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan. Part‑time employees scheduled for less than 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan only.
