Schedule
  • Maintain a minimum of 15 client hours each week
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 client hours each week to qualify for full time
Pay

Competitive compensation STARTS at $55-$65 per clinical hour, plus admin wages. Opportunities for growth. A full time, fully licensed and trauma‑trained clinician can expect to earn $85K- $100K+ annually.

What We’re Looking For
  • Licensed Mental Health Therapist: Hold and maintain a valid Washington state mental health license: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Experience & Expertise: Demonstrate experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence‑based and trauma informed practices. Preference for someone trained in EMDR, Brain spotting, or ART, or willing to get trained
  • Most Wanted Therapeutic Modalities: Internal Family Systems, Attachment Focused and/or psychodynamic, Somatic Experiencing, Yoga Certified, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Group Therapy
  • Complete high quality session documentation in keeping with industry standards and legal requirements, no later than 24 hours after the session.
  • Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client‑centered care.

    Thrives in a team environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team culture. Mature and skilled problem solver. Willing to provide collaborative care with other teammates or when it benefits clients.
  • Self‑Motivated, confident, and teachable
  • Technology Knowledge:
    Has knowledge and ability to use (or learn) practice management software (Jane App) and Google Suite. Can skillfully implement telehealth when needed.
