Overview

Our Client Care Specialists help our community “live assured” by facilitating optimal matches between clients and caregivers. They collaborate with the local team to ensure each client receives appropriately matched care and serve as case managers for the ongoing needs of clients.

  • Facilitates connections between clients, their families, and caregivers to ensure appropriate services are provided.
  • Establish relationships with caregivers to align them with clients and assignments that best suit their needs, thereby enhancing retention.

Care is Personal: Our work is about people, and we support their unique needs with respect, empathy and dedicated attention.

  • Create a positive, thorough, and welcoming onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Complete weekly caregiver payroll and client billing reports.
  • Provide individualized, professional support on payroll or billing questions that arise.
  • Submit payroll and billing adjustments as needed.
  • Keep scheduling system up to date and accurate with client schedules, contact information and preferences.

  • Participates in on-call duties on a rotating basis and as needed by the office.
  • Works closely with the office team to create a successful, supportive and ongoing experience for our clients and Caregivers.
  • Act as our local expert and comply with the applicable Federal and State laws governing regulations and licensure for types of services we can provide as a non-medical home care provider.

Our Client Care Specialists have the following skills or qualities:

  • Associate degree in human services or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Must have or be willing to get a current Washington State HCA or CNA certificate.
  • Previous experience in the home care industry, human services, or a similar field required (or a strong desire to help others).
  • Ability to pass all hiring criteria as defined by Griswold standards and/or state regulations, along with reliable transportation.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy, as well as dedication to our core pillars.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Be flexible and able to multi-task.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proactive with strong initiative and follow through.
  • Occasional weekend and/or evening hours may be required.
  • Be willing to occasionally cover for Caregivers in the field.

Benefits:

  • Pay of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
