What to Expect
  • Conduct outreach activities to inform Veterans and caregivers about VA home care programs and caregiver support services
  • Develop and distribute educational materials highlighting the benefits of various VA programs
  • Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and informational sessions to promote awareness
  • Assist Veterans in enrolling in home and community-based services and coordinate referrals to VA health care teams
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, client interactions, and referrals in compliance with VA guidelines
What is Required
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in home care, business development, outreach, case management, or veteran services
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a mission-driven mindset and willingness to travel extensively throughout Colorado and New Mexico
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and VA systems

  • Experience in delivering presentations to diverse audiences
