Physical Therapist

Location: Tri-Cities Area
Employment Type: Full-Time

• Evaluate and assess patients to determine physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement effective interventions to improve movement, manage pain, and increase patient mobility
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes, injury prevention, and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and treatment techniques

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington State
• Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, or orthopedic rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong patient relationships
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

• Experience in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
