Cohesive Therapy Healing and Rejuvenation is a well-established and rapidly expanding massage therapy and healing center. Cohesive Massage is excited to be offering a unique opportunity for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join the team.

Our focus is on providing Lymphatic Drainage Massage for individuals both pre and post-surgery, in addition to offering Ashiatsu, Medi cupping, Graston, and MLD treatments. Our comprehensive training program aims to transform LMTs into exceptional Massage Therapists equipped with advanced skills, paving the way for substantial career growth after completing the program. Thus, we are looking for dedicated individuals who are interested in a long term commitment to ensure a seamless learning journey.

Qualifications
  • Must have an active state license and have liability insurance in place for practicing massage therapy or have the capability to obtain licensure/insurance. Extern to hire positions may be available for the right candidate.
  • Demonstrates a strong service-oriented mindset and effectively communicates with clients on an individual basis.
  • Upholds a high standard of ethics and displays integrity in all interactions.
  • Shows a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their best appearance and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
  • Performs manual massage therapy, body treatments, cupping, scraping, and other proprietary Cohesive Therapy signature services.
  • Develops therapy plans specific to the clients needs.
  • Builds relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals.
  • Educate clients on the therapeutic benefits of the services and products offered.
  • Maintain accurate records of each session.
  • Responsible for room set up, clean-up and ensuring a clean and safe facility.
  • Adheres and follows all applicable standards, rules, regulation and company protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing proprietary training as required and provided by Cohesive Therapy.
