This is a full‑time position, including benefits, located on the Columbia River waterfront in Vancouver, WA. As our business grows, we are adding to our team and looking to hire a new Client Relationship Associate. This role supports the business operations and client interactions of an established team of Investment Advisors. Given the nature of our business, a high degree of trust, discretion, and confidentiality is paramount.

- Organize and assemble client ready materials including contracts, client/prospect meeting presentations, and performance reports.
- Assist with all client life‑cycle events including onboarding paperwork, wealth planning, annual IRA distributions, tax information, and gifting.
- Act as a central point of contact for non‑investment related client activity, and proactively resolve client requests.
- Maintain CRM records for clients and prospects, and support business development efforts.
- Provide administrative support to designated advisor(s), including scheduling meetings.

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 2‑5 years prior work experience in financial services preferred, but entry level candidates will also be considered if they have a strong academic record.
- Detail oriented, focused, and able to balance multiple requests while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Prior Experience with Schwab Advisor Center and SEI Platforms a plus.
- Strong written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and desire to work in a team environment.
- High degree of confidentiality and trust.
