Position Summary

The Mechanical Engineer II supports the design, analysis, integration, and installation of mechanical systems for Vigor Marine Fabrication programs. This position applies established mechanical and marine engineering principles to develop practical, production-ready solutions that meet regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements. Working with moderate independence, the Mechanical Engineer II collaborates closely with structural engineering, production, planning, quality, and program teams to ensure mechanical systems are safe, reliable, compliant, and executable within shipyard constraints.
