• Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 annually

• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in transportation projects
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and P.E. license in Washington and/or Oregon
• Strong understanding of civil design, construction standards, and environmental constraints
• Proven ability to meet project timelines and budgets
• Experience developing relationships with municipalities and utilities
• Familiarity with local codes and design software like AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Excellent communication skills

• Lead medium to large transportation infrastructure projects
• Design and oversee civil projects, ensuring efficiency and constructability
• Estimate project labor hours and manage budgets
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Mentor junior staff and participate in business development

• Vancouver Heights Tower Mall Redevelopment: urban redevelopment with road improvements and community spaces
• Broadmoor Redevelopment: arterial roadways and community development in Pasco
