This is a Continuing Position

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Work collaboratively within school team to supervise, design, and implement research/evidence based behavior interventions to produce positive behavioral change in students.
  • Supervise and facilitate BCBA and Registered Behavioral Technicians.
  • Plan and implement training and professional development for Registered Behavioral Technicians.
  • Lead teams in developing functional behavior assessments and behavior support plans for the purpose of providing a safe and effective educational environment for students.
  • Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results.
  • Design and supervise behavior analytic interventions with the school team.
  • Plan and implement professional development on ethical and effective behavior analytic interventions based on published research and designs and delivers instruction in behavior analysis.
  • Develop procedures and training materials for staff involved with students with challenging behaviors for the purpose of enhancing programs for students and ensuring that program operations are in compliance with established guidelines.
