Right At School Childcare Program – Educator and Substitute Educator

Educator Pay Range: $17.25 - $19.25 per hour (based on education and experience)

Monday-Friday, must be available all 5 days After School Shift: 2:40pm-6:00pm

Actual schedule will be based off needs of the programs.

• Daily Program Meetings:
  Each day, review goals and updates, share ideas,ubu discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  Prepare activities and curriculum for the day, ensuring they align with the program’s objectives. Organize and lead structured daily fitness, activities, and curriculum that are both educational and enjoyable for all ages.
• Leading by Example:
  Maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children are enjoying themselves while also meeting program goals. Model positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy:
  Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols, including documenting attendance, incidents, and other observations.
• Communication:
  Effective communication with a varied audience, including children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.
• Ability to meet state‑specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR - in person.
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Proof of MMR.
• Age 18+.
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required.
