Outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity in Central Washington

• Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Central Washington
• First-year salary range of approximately $296,412–$320,446, commensurate with training and experience; RVU-based compensation begins in year two
• Consistent schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week
• Outpatient-only responsibilities with shared 1:6 call rotation supported by nurse triage
• General procedures include sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, and some women’s health services
• Pediatric care is a significant part of the practice
• Average patient volume is 20–25 per shift
• Multiple positions available within the health system; providers with interest in Obstetrics are encouraged to apply
• Eligible for federal loan repayment programs and a $125,000 student loan repayment program through the medical group
• Opportunity to become a shareholder in a physician-owned and governed medical group
• Team-based environment with six physicians and two APPs when fully staffed
• Healthcare system includes over 270 physicians and 150 advanced practice providers, serving a 12,000-square-mile region
