Are you a passionate leader looking for a high-impact Medical Director role in a cutting-edge, collaborative environment?

We’re working with a leading 24/7 specialty and emergency hospital in Vancouver WA that has been at the forefront of advanced veterinary care for over three decades.

This state-of-the-art 15,000 sq. ft. hospital underwent a full remodel in 2019 and now features 14 exam rooms, multiple procedure and treatment areas, a custom ICU suite, dedicated imaging center, four advanced surgery suites, and specialized equipment for a range of services including neurology, surgery, ophthalmology, and critical care. The team here is deeply committed to collaboration and gold-standard patient care, supported by a strong technician staff and a loyal referral community.

You’ll have the opportunity to drive medical excellence, mentor an experienced team, and provide leadership in a truly advanced clinical setting. The position comes with an extremely competitive compensation package, substantial signing/retention bonuses, and a comprehensive suite of benefits. Relocation support is also available for the right candidate.

About You

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in Washington State
• Experienced in emergency, specialty, or referral hospital environments
• Strong leadership or previous management experience (Medical Director experience a plus)
• Passion for mentorship, team development, and driving clinical standards
