Family Medicine Physician – Central Washington

• Outpatient family medicine practice seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Physician to join a well-established, physician-led multispecialty group in central Washington
• Base salary $296,412–$320,446 annually, with first-year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median; RVU-based production in year two
• Signing bonus and relocation package available
• Schedule:
  
  full-time, exempt position; standard four-day work week; outpatient only with phone call rotation 1:6 weeks (nurse triaged); 20–25 patients per day; clinic hours 8 a.m.–5 p.m.;
  Epic electronic medical record
• Practice Environment: team includes six physicians and three advanced practice providers when fully staffed; hiring to replace a long-term retiring physician; multi-specialty clinic with on-site lab, X-ray, CT, MRI, and integrated behavioral health; specialists readily available for support
