Were looking for a BC/BE Urologist to join our Urology Department of 8 clinicians including 5 surgeons and 3 APCs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering evidence-based, patient-centered medicine in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our team provides state-of-the-art care and has extensive training in advanced robotic surgery, endoscopy, laparoscopy, and open surgery.
Position Highlights:
- $100,000 retention bonus. Above median compensation with starting salary over $555,000
- da Vinci Robots Xi available at our in-house state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical center and our 225-bed partner hospital
- Equitable 1:6 call shared among colleagues, covering one local hospital
- Well established group covering a broad range of Urologic disease including kidney stones, prostate, renal and bladder malignancies, male and female incontinence
- General urology practice with sub-specialty interest welcome
- Large primary care referral base, ensuring rapid practice growth
- Multi-specialty medical group with seamless access to medical and surgical subspecialists including advanced oncologic services
- Partnership after 2 years
