You will:

• Lead and contribute across all phases (concept → documentation → CA)
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external consultants
• Support and mentor junior staff

You bring:

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 6‑10 years in multi‑family housing; licensure preferred
• Advanced Revit proficiency
• Strong grasp of codes, materials, and building systems
• Solid project management and communication skills
• Bonus: K‑12 or public sector experience
