A growing design team is seeking a Registered Architect to guide the technical development of projects from early concepts through final completion. This role is ideal for an architect who combines strong design sensibilities with deep technical expertise and enjoys taking ownership of multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities- Oversee the technical execution of architectural projects under the direction of senior leadership, ensuring smooth progress from initial planning through construction.
- Develop, review, and refine construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to maintain accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Conduct thorough reviews of applicable building codes and standards to ensure full compliance throughout the design process.
- Contribute to business development by assisting with proposal preparation, interview materials, creative design solutions, and preliminary budgeting.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and partners to ensure cohesive project delivery and high‑quality documentation.
- Ability & willingness to collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Problem‑solving skills to address complex design and construction challenges.
- Participate in a collaborative team setting through all phases of architectural document production.
- Strong understanding of all phases of architectural document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications.
- Ability to check the work of others for accuracy and completeness.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Seven to ten plus years (7‑10+) of professional architectural experience.
- Registered Architect (RA/AIA/NCARB) Licensure is REQUIRED for consideration.
- Strong design capabilities with a focus on precision, clarity, and high‑quality detailing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple active projects.
- Skilled in programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, the Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Enscape.
