Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and clinically confident Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team on a full-time, five-day-per-week schedule. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for pediatric dentistry, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build long-term relationships with patients and families. A minimum of two years of pediatric dental experience is strongly preferred.
Compensation- Competitive daily rate or percentage of net collections, whichever is greater

- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and behavior-guided dentistry
- Diagnose oral conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special health care needs
- Communicate diagnoses and 폰 and operation to parents and guardians clearly and compassionately
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Adhere to all state regulations, OSHA standards, and infection control protocols

- Active and unrestricted Washington State dental license in good standing
- Eligibility to practice pediatric dentistry in the State of Washington
- Compliance with all Washington State Department of Health rules and regulations
- Current BLS certification; PALS certification required
- Appropriate sedation permits if administering minimal, moderate, or deep sedation
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
- Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program
- Minimum of two years of clinical pediatric dentistry experience preferred
- Equals clinical judgement and pediatric behavior management skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to ethical practice and continued professional development
- Board Certified or Board-Eligible with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
- Experience with sedation dentistry and pediatric behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with Medicaid and PPO insurance plans
