Description
Full‑time position with a benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off. The role is located at the Riverview Center in Vancouver, WA.
SummaryAs a Client Services Representative, you will provide friendly customer service in Riverview’s Call Center, assisting customers with their Online Banking, general inquiries, and account maintenance.
Annual salary ranges from $19.00 to $21.50, with the specific offer depending on skills and prior experience. Hired candidates may be eligible for healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, short‑term & long‑term disability, life insurance, vacation & sick time, educational assistance, and certain holidays.
Essential Duties- Provide prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service and use problem‑solving skills to satisfy client needs.
- Use basic knowledge of the Q2 Internet Banking platform to help customers with password resets and general inquiries.
- Maintain customer information on the system using the Q2 platform.
- Complete and submit maintenance orders on the core system to support other staff.
- Assist customers with bill pay questions.
- Process, record, track, and verify various types of financial transactions, information, and events.
- Use the Debit Card processing system to support customer inquiries, travel notices, reissues, and limit increases.
- Assist clients in balancing statements, processing stop payments, special statements, address changes, and correcting minor problems.
- Process transactions on the core system.
- Provide digital wallet activations and customer support.
- Use the dispute resolution system to submit customer Reg‑E dispute claims.
- Greet customers and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Participate in and complete training objectives with passing scores.
- Independently complete tasks assigned.
- Follow all Riverview policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative and word‑processing assistance on special project work as needed by the Operations Department.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Daily contact with Supervisor for direction and interpretation of procedures.
- Daily contact with clients to fulfill their banking needs.
- Daily contact with internal and external customers and prospective customers to route incoming calls and provide assistance.
- Frequently confer with other departments to coordinate operations.

Education And/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills- Read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Write simple correspondence.
- Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Apply common sense to follow detailed written or oral instructions in standardized situations.
- Use general computer skills and other business office equipment; ability to utilize MS Office for basic word‑processing.
- Offer flexibility in a changing work environment.
Perform duties involving regular communication via phone, video, messaging, and email. Use computer and office equipment such as a computer, printer, copier, and Microsoft Office software. Frequently occupy a workstation for long periods of time.
