Overview
CI Azumano Travel is Seneca Holdings' full-service travel management company for businesses, governments, and personal travelers. We offer 24/7 support for travelers while also supporting customers with travel expense management, policy implementation, technology solutions, business intelligence tools, and vendor negotiations.
CI Azumano is seeking a Part-Time Travel Advisor in Vancouver, Washington. This position will service CI Azumano's vacation clients by planning, arranging, securing vacation reservations with airlines, car rentals, hotels, preferred tours and cruise lines.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of agency experience
- Excellent sales skills
- Experience with GDS, CRMs and Microsoft applications

- Strict adherence to the sales process by securing reservations with preferred air, tour and cruise providers with the instructed preferred software. GDS system (Apollo), CRM system (Client Base) and various approved online booking engines. Meets or exceeds sales productivity level as established by branch manager once appropriate training has been completed.
- All client data and travel purchases are recorded and tracked in Client Base. All client monies received are invoiced and recorded in the CI Azumano accounting system in a timely manner, Trams, via Client Base.
- Vacation Travel Advisors are to act proactively on marketing new travel offers to existing clientele. All CI Azumano clients are to have a complete profile in CI Azumano's CRM system, Client Base. Travel Advisors are required to update changes to client profiles to ensure all information is accurate.
- Serves as a resource for travelers both during the sales process, prior to travel and post-travel.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Technical competencies required for this position are as follows post training:
- Intermediate to high level of understanding of the Client Base CRM software
- Intermediate to high level of understanding of internet browser search engines, internet provider booking engines
- Intermediate to high level of understanding of Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
- Sales Skills - Proactively offers travel options based on client's travel requests;
Up selling clients, when appropriate, to maximize client satisfaction on their travel experience;
Sells additional products to compliment the vacation experience thus maximizing revenue and commission earned. Utilize company's CRM software, Client Base to market future travel products to existing and prospective clientele. - Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner;
