Morgner is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to lead progressive design-phase activities for a major bridge replacement program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed quantity takeoffs from evolving design documents
- Support milestone estimate reconciliations with owner and designer
- Perform escalation modeling and market analysis
- Conduct subcontractor outreach and pricing validation
- Support risk pricing and contingency development
- Assist in GMP documentation and pricing narratives
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years heavy civil estimating experience
- Familiarity with WSDOT/ODOT specifications a plus
