Client Relationship Manager
ABOUT THIS JOB
We’re looking for a proactive Client Relations Associate to join our team at Trend, where relationships are our top priority. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced Client Relations Managers to support client accounts, learn campaign performance and optimization, and develop the skills needed to eventually manage client relationships independently and help spot business opportunities in current and potential relationships.
Ideal candidates will have an appetite to grow, ask questions, and expand their business development skills. Pairing humility and a strong worth ethic with a passion for communication, an open mind, and a drive to provide exceptional results, you would be ready to dive into work in our Client Relations Team. Having familiarity with spreadsheets, pivot tables, and multiple performance dashboards will ensure success in this role.

- Assist with client inquiries, reports, requests, and campaign optimization initiatives under the guidance of a Client Relations Manager.
- Participate in client meetings to observe, learn, and gradually contribute as readiness increases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of campaign changes, workflows, and client requirements.
- Ensure attention to detail and quality control across all client-facing deliverables.
- Effectively partner with Development and Operations teams to resolve technical concerns.
- Manage campaign compliance requirements, client guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Develop a strong understanding of the lead generation and performance marketing industry.
- Progress toward managing client accounts independently.
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Administrative, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, not required.
- Energetic, proactive, and persistent, with a strong drive to succeed.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented collaborator who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working on Mac systems.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and apply marketing principles.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
