The Portland North 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise location is seeking a candidate that possesses the leadership traits necessary to support an exceptional customer experience through efficient operations, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

The primary responsibilities and focus of this role are operational oversight, business management, and KPI accountability.

• Customer Service:
  Most days, you will be on the trucks alongside our Truck Team Members servicing our customers & increasing your sales skills

• Sales:
  You will be a sales leader, helping our truck team members sell our services to customers throughout the area.

• Dispatch/Operations:
  You will run the routes for the franchise’s Truck Team Members to ensure on time service is provided to all our customers

• Data Entry:
  You will assist in entering data for daily books/cash reconciliation as well as certain operational tasks

• Morning Meetings:
  Prior to our truck team members hitting the road in the morning, we hold a quick, interactive morning meeting that includes reviewing sales numbers as well as coaching & role plays.

• Strong self‑management and organization skills to balance workload

• An efficiency utilizing existing resources with a passion toward profitability

• Has a valid Driver License & 3 years of good driving record

• Ability to lift 50lbs consistently throughout a full shift

• 2–5 years in sales and/or operation leadership in a service‑oriented company

• Experience leading in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment

• Experience in any of the following disciplines or industries is a definite plus: truck driver, transportation, logistics, delivery driver, construction, customer services, sales, junk removal, moving, warehouse, general labor, grocery, retail, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, coaching.

• ICHRA - Individual Healthcare Reimbursement after 90 days

• Holiday Pay - 3 holidays paid time and a half for hours worked

• Quarterly Cell Phone Stipend - $30 per mo. determined by hours worked
