- Work with a variety of communities, including HOAs, condos, townhomes, and PUDs.
- Be part of the action, collaborating with boards, homeowners, vendors, and your internal team.
- Develop strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills that you can grow into.

- Help keep HOA communities organized, compliant, and running smoothly day to day.
- Communicate with homeowners and board members through emails, notices, and community updates.
- Support board meetings by helping prepare agendas, packets, minutes, and follow‑ups.
- Participate in occasional community walk‑throughs and document items that need attention.
- Keep homeowner records, governing documents, and insurance information up to date.
- Partner closely with HOA Portfolio Managers to solve problems and support well‑managed communities.
- You’re organized, professional, and enjoy working with people.
- You bring one year or more of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service environment.
- You communicate clearly, stay on top of details, and manage multiple priorities with confidence.
- You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- You’re dependable, team‑oriented, and ready to grow into a long‑term career in HOA.
- You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and consistent attendance.
