Overview
Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team at the Central Business Office in Vancouver, WA. This front-line position is the keystone in day-to-day operations of the corporate office. We are looking for a multi-faceted individual capable of handling shifting priorities, communicating professionally across platforms, and assisting in maintaining complex schedules and sensitive data.

Salary Range: $18.68- $28.47 Per Hour
Job Scope: Under general supervision, provides administrative and secretarial support for the Executive Director and other operational management staff. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Responsibilities- Greets staff and visitors into the Central Business Office in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
- Acts as a liaison with staff and building management to resolve facilities maintenance problems.
- Performs a variety of secretarial duties including administrative support for the corporate office including Revenue Cycle, Executives, Marketing, and Human Resources.
- Performs secretarial functions including sorting and distributing mail, ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies, development and distribution of practice newsletters, and maintenance of medical library and subscriptions.
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies and communicates changes or new items to printer.
- Answers telephone, takes messages, and screens and directs calls for administration in a professional manner.
- Composes, prepares, and proofs correspondence, office memos and reports; maintains confidentiality when required.
- Designs and implements forms for use within the office by applying knowledge of software applications and updates as needed.
- Maintains files in an organized and accessible manner, including updating information, purging files regularly, and creating a new filing system as needed.
- Other support duties as needed.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates degree or above preferred.
Experience/Training: Minimum 1-2 years of experience preferred. Will train the right person.
