Administrative Assistant – Mortgage Division

Location: Vancouver, WA

Schedule: Full-time | On-site

Level: Entry

Pay: Minimum $18.56/hour, depending on experience.

This isn’t your average admin gig. You’ll be the go‑to superstar for our Mortgage Loan Originators, supporting them in helping clients achieve their dream of home ownership. From managing key documents to whipping up marketing flyers and everything in between – you’ll have a front‑row seat to the fast‑paced world of real‑estate finance.

• Be the master of organization: answering calls, managing calendars, filing paperwork, and keeping things tidy and on‑track.
• Be the inbox whisperer: organizing and following up on emails like a boss.
• Be the data hero: entering new loan contracts, ordering reports, and making sure every “i” is dotted and “t” is crossed.
• Be a marketing maven: creating open house flyers and helping with client outreach.
• Be a detail detective: proofreading documents, pulling records, and keeping compliance on point.
• Plus other fun and essential tasks that make you the glue that holds it all together!

• A high school diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of admin experience (bonus points if it’s in mortgages or lending!).
• Stellar communication skills – written, verbal, and everything in between.
• Tech‑savvy and Microsoft Office fluent.
• A ninja‑like attention to detail and time management.
• A customer‑first attitude – always professional, always kind.
