Job Duties

- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end cost accounting close processes, including detailed variance analysis.
- Manage and maintain cost accounting systems and ensure the accuracy of all related general ledger transactions.
- Analyze manufacturing operations with a focused lens on labor productivity and equipment utilization rates.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for leadership review.

- Ensure all cost accounting practices remain in strict compliance with GAAP and industry best practices.
- Partner directly with operations management to provide necessary cost analysis and strategic support.
- Collaborate with the broader operations and budgeting teams to align financial targets with production realities.

- Previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights to operational leadership.
