Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes Perform month-end close activities and conduct bank reconciliations Prepare detailed billing and budgeting reports and assist with payroll processing
Required Qualifications At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, including AP, AR, and general ledger management Proficiency in Sage Intacct and familiarity with payroll systems such as Rippling or Gusto Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and journal entry preparation
Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting Ability to manage grant-related compliance and reporting requirements
