Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Vancouver, WA. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 2-5+ years experience in full cycle accounts payable or bookkeeping.

Responsibilities
  • Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
  • Provide assistance with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred (not required)
  • 2-5+ years of accounts payable experience within a construction environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
