RoleThis position supports the Warehouse team with the daily tasks to ensure efficient operations in an effort to meet our business needs.
Role Responsibilities- Break down of pallets for Warehouse TI-HI needs for Put-away.
- Maintains an acceptable level of production and accuracy in work output.
- Work directly with Receivers on merchandise counts, errors, shorts & damages.
- Work with Receivers on Warehouse shift set-up.
- Clean all temperature zoned areas of Warehouse (Freezer, Cooler & Dry Dock).
- Perform other related duties as assigned to meet departmental objectives.
- Comply with all applicable regulations/laws and company policies, including but not limited to Food Safety Policy, SOP's & regulations, Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, Antitrust policies and regulations, etc.
- Completion of Secondary School.
- Pallet jack and Forklift experience an asset.
- Reliable and safety conscious, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Mid to high level of physical exertion is required. Ability to lift 41 kg (90 lbs). Standing and moving most of the time.
- Ability to work in a cold/freezer environment.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
