Regional Logistics Manager

- Oversee regional logistics operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely dispatch of goods
- Lead warehouse, dispatch, and delivery teams including dispatch coordinators, drivers, and warehouse staff
- Manage a network of third-party logistics and transportation providers across North America
- Coordinate delivery scheduling and customer booking processes to ensure precision and reliability
- Monitor inventory flow, warehouse operations, and storage efficiency to maintain strong inventory accuracy
- Develop dispatch planning including routing, scheduling, and operational coordination
- Proactively communicate product delays or delivery issues with internal teams and customers
- Implement systems and processes to track inventory, shipments, and delivery performance
- Evaluate and negotiate transportation and logistics contracts to ensure cost efficiency and service quality
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes, technology, and vendor management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and industry logistics standards
- Prepare reporting and performance metrics including delivery timelines, cost performance, and service levels
- Partner closely with retail leadership, showrooms, customer service teams, and manufacturing partners
- Support cross-functional coordination between logistics, supply chain, and sales operations
- Lead and develop operational teams while fostering a positive and collaborative environment
- Maintain strong relationships with transportation and logistics partners to support operational excellence
- Experience managing logistics or supply chain operations across multiple North American markets
- Strong understanding of warehousing, dispatch operations, and transportation logistics
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing operational teams and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with high attention to detail
- Experience working with ERP or logistics management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
